HOW DO I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?

Choose the right category and click on the item you would like to purchase.
When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on ‘add to cart’.
Once you are ready to complete your order, visit our shopping bag at the top right-hand corner and click on ‘Checkout’ to be led through the checkout process.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@parte-official.com as soon as possible.
If your order is not shipped yet, we will cancel your order immediately and your order will be refunded.
If your order is already shipped, we can’t cancel your order anymore.
You will have to return your order back to our warehouse.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

No, it’s not possible to add extra items to an order which you have already placed.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you have entered the wrong delivery address when placing your order,
please contact info@parte-official.com immediately so we can try to rectify your delivery address.
Please put your order number in the email subject line to speed the process up.
If your order is already shipped, we can’t change your delivery address anymore.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once you have placed your order you will shortly receive a confirmation email.
To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@parte-official.com to your contacts,
otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Spam folder.
If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by entering the tracking number you have received in your confirmation email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping within NL – 1-2 working days.
Shipping to Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg – 1-3 working days.
Shipping to the Rest of Europe – 2-5 working days.
Shipping to the Rest of the World – 3-10 working days.

We can ship to all over the world.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND?

The customer service team is aiming to answer all questions within 24 hours.
Sometimes, due to high volume of inquiries, it can take the customer service team up to 48 hours to respond.
Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries.
Please only email once.
